Community Guidelines

Last updated: May 2, 2026

1. Our commitment

Winkcy is built on respect, safety, and genuine connection. These guidelines explain what we expect from everyone who uses the App. By using Winkcy, you agree to follow them.

2. Be respectful

Treat others as you would like to be treated. Do not harass, bully, threaten, or discriminate against anyone based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic. Hate speech and targeted abuse are not allowed.

3. Content and behavior

Do not share illegal content or content that promotes harm. Nudity or sexual content must comply with our policies and applicable law. Do not impersonate others, spam users, or use the App for scams, fraud, or solicitation in ways that harm the community.

4. Child safety and CSAE prohibition

Winkcy has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, or any behavior that endangers children. Violations result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal, and may be reported to law enforcement or relevant child safety organizations.

5. Safety

Protect your personal information. Be cautious when meeting people offline. Never share passwords, financial details, or sensitive data in chat. Report behavior that makes you uncomfortable using the in-app report tools.

6. Reporting and moderation

You can report profiles, messages, or content that violate these guidelines. Our team reviews reports and may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts when necessary. Serious or repeated violations may result in a permanent ban.

7. Changes

We may update these guidelines from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or other reasonable means. Continued use of Winkcy after changes means you accept the updated guidelines.
