Core child safety commitments

This Child Safety Standards policy applies to Winkcy, developed by Paze1.

Winkcy strictly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

Winkcy is strictly intended for users aged 18 years and above.

We report confirmed cases of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) to relevant law enforcement authorities.

We use automated tools and manual review to monitor and prevent harmful behavior on the platform.

Users can report inappropriate content or behavior directly within the app or by contacting us via email.

Policy scope and ownership

This Child Safety Standards policy applies to Winkcy, developed by Paze1.

1. Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM

Winkcy strictly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

We also prohibit Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, and any behavior that endangers children. Any account involved in this activity is permanently removed.

2. Age requirement

Winkcy is strictly intended for users aged 18 years and above. Users identified as under 18 are removed from the platform.

3. Reporting and escalation

Users can report inappropriate content or behavior directly within the app or by contacting us via email.

Users can report profiles, messages, and content through in-app reporting tools or by emailing our safety contact. Safety reports are prioritized.

We report any confirmed cases of CSAE to relevant law enforcement authorities.

4. Moderation and prevention

We use automated tools and manual review to monitor and prevent harmful behavior on the platform.

Winkcy uses automated detection signals and human moderation to detect and prevent harmful behavior, including child endangerment risks. We may remove content, restrict accounts, suspend features, or permanently ban users that violate these standards.
